If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we may require you to reschedule.

Diabetics or guests with visible infection may be refused service, or service may be performed at your own risk.

No loud phone calls are allowed inside the salon.

We do not provide refunds on cash payments, but we will work with you to resolve service-related concerns.
